...Another Woman's Treasure
I absolutely LOVE Starbucks Vanilla Frappuccinos! And every time I drink one, I make sure to save the bottle, because they make such a great and quick gift that I can decorate and give to a loved one. This is a larger frap bottle that I saved, and cleaned up, using some Goo Gone and decorated for a child's birthday. The colors are really bright and the button accent on the tag, that I cut out with my Cricut, helps to make the buttons on the border really pop. I wanted to keep this really bright and colorful for the little one that would receive this. If you haven't tried the Starbucks Frappuccinos, you really should. They come in 3 different flavors, and 2 different sizes; and the bonus, you get to recycle the bottle! I did make this recycled frap bottle for a challenge on a blog I just discovered, Stay Away With Me. Dawn's, the blog administrator, most recent challenge is to use an item that would normally be thrown in the trash and basically, make it fabuous, and this little bottle is my take on the challenge. Well, time to get to the grocery store. Have a great day.

All Things Grow With Love...
This card is made using the Mojo Monday Sketch #121. This is the sketch from last week and I knew instantly that I wanted to create a card, but was stumped about what direction I wanted to go with the card. Well, I was checked out one of my favorite blogs,These Are A Few of My Favorite Things, and Dawn had posted a video of how to make these poofy button flowers, so I decided to try and I LOVE the outcome. My husband is a clarinetist and had some old sheet music that he didn't need anymore and I punched out the 2" scallop and the flower that's on the front of the card is the outcome. Totally cute! Since it's so close to Valentine's Day, I wanted to make card that would have a "love" theme, but not use the traditional Valentine's colors. What do you think? Well, that's all for now, I should start getting ready for work.

Holiday 'Lollis
SayDie has been doing a lot crafting lately, trying to prepare for the next major holiday, Valentine's Day. Today, I made these matchbook lollipop covers with cherry flavored lollipops,YUM! These were very easy and quick to make and can be produced in large masses. I really love how the Love sentiment on the front just pops right off the front. If you have any questions about how I made these, please let me know, I will do my best to create a tutorial. Have a great day!
